Originally launched three years ago, My Plus One have recently introduced their new website that recommends trendy places to stay within a budget.
My Plus One has expanded across Europe’s most sought after destinations including London, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam and Barcelona. The community is now approaching over a hundred enthusiastic ‘Locals’, with thirteen accommodation partners across the five cities.
Clare Freeman founder of My Plus One explains that she created the site to make travelling easier and more affordable for busy people. The site is a platform that creates an experience by harnessing the knowledge of the people who know their city best. What’s great is that ‘Locals’ can suggest their favourite activities, hidden gems and bespoke events. The user is then able to take advice from like-minded counterparts in different cities and avoid expensive tourist traps.
